Digital Asset Management is an integral feature of Complis®. Artwork and other files can be uploaded at any stage of a project and can be made available, via a download link, to the relevant supplier(s) when a purchase order is raised.

With Complis® being a web enabled system, all assets are available directly to everyone who needs them, when they need them. For ad hoc access, people can be sent a link to a particular asset, whilst not allowing them to access anything else.
