Estimating & Request For Quotations (RFQ)

Complis® provides one of the most comprehensive procurement solutions available. Estimating is just the start of a seamless and fully integrated workflow solution.

Specifications captured on the estimate are matched to suitable suppliers based on capabilities, certifications and corporate social responsibility credentials. Complis® then creates Request For Quotations (RFQs) and emails them to the most suitable suppliers at the click of a button, allowing suppliers to submit responses directly via a secure link. When required this can be carried out in a reverse auction.

Communication between you and your customers, you and your suppliers and between your customers and suppliers directly can be carried out from within Complis® with a full audit trail and using users preferred language and currency, providing an efficient and convenient platform for global trading.

Purchasing & Supply Chain Management

Purchasing has never been easier. Complis® holds information about which suppliers to use for which products. This applies to stocked items as well as one-off items created from estimates.

So when it comes to ordering new stock or campaign items it can be done at the click of a button.

Complis® prompts you via the dashboard when there is something that needs ordering as it maintains critical stock levels automatically, so all you need to do is approve the purchase. Suppliers' information is critical, so Complis® allows suppliers to log on themselves and keep everything up to date, their contact details, capabilities (used to match suppliers against new projects), even review their performance and quotation price comparison. Sales Order Processing & Online Ordering

Online ordering for your customers is an integral part of Complis®. Products are set up easily, often as part of the estimating process, and are available for customers to order immediately. Thumbnails are also automatically created as soon as the artwork or an image is uploaded.

Each customers' catalogues can be set up, branded and customised independently, categorising products as required and changing the appearance to match existing customer websites for different customers, departments or even users.

Services, stock items, print-on-demand products and even online artwork templates such as customised posters or business cards, can all be ordered together and individually tracked through to delivery via a single login.

Each user can navigate Complis® in their own language and in their own currency.

Instant Artwork Creation with Adobe InDesign

Templates can be set up for similar artwork requirements and ordered online. From business cards to large format banners Complis® uses the power of Adobe InDesign and the built in Digital Asset Management to build your artwork for instant proofing.

This lets you keep control of your brand whilst giving as much or as little flexibility as you want to the users.

Images as well as text can be entered / selected / uploaded by the user or automatically entered / selected based on who they are, what security permissions they have, what language they use or which business unit or store they are from. Data can also be selected or uploaded to create unlimited customised artwork variations automatically.

Complis® embraces the power of Adobe InDesign in a unique way giving designers far more flexibility than other template ordering systems. This enables Complis® to support rich art working features such as drop shadow, bevel & emboss, font kerning and much more. If InDesign can do it, Complis® can do it, and more.

Cloud stored Digital Asset Management

Digital Asset Management is an integral feature of Complis®. This not only gives all of the benefits that other digital asset systems boast, but also offers added benefits as it is a tightly integrated feature of Complis®.

Artwork and other files can be uploaded at any stage of a project and can be made available, via a download link, to the relevan supplier(s) when a purchase order is raised. All products that have images or artwork uploaded will automatically have thumbnails created for use throughout the system including online ordering.

With Complis® being a web enabled system, all assets are available directly to everyone who needs them, when they need them. For ad hoc access, people can be sent a link to a particular asset, whilst not allowing them to access anything else. They can still benefit from some of the features of Complis® Digital Asset Management (DAM). They have the option to download in a chosen resolution or file format, and can be confident that they will always see the latest version. You can even ask to be notified if a file is updated.

Intelligent Data Store Profiling
